World Miniature (M) Sdn Bhd (“KLCG Confectionery & Bakery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the sole owner of the information collected on KLCG.online, and all sub-domains hereafter referred to as “Websites” or “Sites”.

KLCG Confectionery & Bakery collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Websites. By ordering our products and using our services, you are consenting to the data collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify our Policy and invite you to consult this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to familiarize yourself with any changes. We will post any new Privacy Policy on our Websites, changing the date at the top of such Privacy Policy.

**REGISTRATION**

Registration is not required, but is optional and will speed and simplify online shopping for returning visitors. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about your order.

When you register, you will receive a confirming email. See the “Communications” section for additional information.

**ORDERS**

If you purchase a product or service from us, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

When you place an order you will receive a confirming email from us and may receive an additional confirming email, with shipment tracking information, from the shipper Lalamove. See the “Communications” section for additional information.

From time to time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our Site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. **REFERRAL MECHANISM**

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our Site. KLCG Confectionery & Bakery does not store this information.

KLCG Confectionery & Bakery collects your information in order to facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

**PROFILE**

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files and clear gifs to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to improve the content of our Site for you.

We do not share your profile with other third parties.

**AGGREGATE INFORMATION**

We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We share it in order to provide relevant partner content to our visitors.

We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with third parties except as described in the “Service Providers” and “Legal Disclaimer” sections below.

**SERVICE PROVIDERS**

We use other third parties such as Lalamove, WooCommerce, and iPay88 to provide shopping cart, shipping, credit card processing and email list management on our Site. When you sign up for mailing lists or order items online, we will share name, email addresses, shipping address, and credit card information as necessary for such third party to provide that applicable service.

**LEGAL DISCLAIMER**

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

**LOG FILES**
