For delivery, you will receive the following notifications:
1. A confirmation email after placing your order.
2. Driver details shortly before your chosen time slot or when your order is out for delivery.
For pickup orders:
1. A confirmation email.
2. A notification when your order is ready for pickup.
To track your order, follow these steps:
- Click on this link.
- Enter your order ID in the provided field.
Once entered, you’ll be able to:
- Check the current status of your order.
- View the real-time GPS location of the rider delivering your order.
To change your order’s date or time, or to cancel the order, please submit a request using this chat located at the bottom corner at least 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours for 1-day preorders). Ensure your request is made at least 4 working hours before the original order time or the newly requested time, whichever comes first. We will then confirm if the changes can be accommodated.
We do not include receipts with deliveries or pickups.
You can easily download your invoice from the order confirmation email we send you. If you didn’t receive an invoice, feel free to Contact Us, and our team will promptly resend it to you via email.
