To collect loyalty points, simply log into your account whenever making a purchase online. Points will be automatically applied to your account, and you can enjoy rebates on future purchases.
Once you’ve collected sufficient points, you will be able to redeem points from your account profile. To redeem your treat, simply pop in the amount of points to be used during your checkout and order as usual. Our team will then prepare your orders accordingly.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW
Absolutely, you can collect rewards when ordering online. The best way to do this is by placing your order by logging into your account. Your digital account will be updated automatically, without requiring any codes to be entered during each checkout.
Rewards are redeemable for online only.
You will have to redeem standard rewards before they expire. We may sometimes add on extra rewards as a little ‘thank you’ from us that have a different expiry date, but don’t worry, this will be clearly visible in your account.
Once you’ve collected points, you can enjoy rebate rewards for your next order. This is only eligible for online orders.
We’ll no longer accept beep-it cash-back rewards from April 1st, 2023 for online delivery/pick-up transactions. If you have any questions about redeeming yours, please speak to our team.
During your birthday month, you can redeem a treat of your choice from our Morning Goods range or get a barista-made drink on us. Birthday rewards are only redeemable once and in-bakery only. The perfect excuse to pop into your neighbourhood KLCG and say hello.
The claim your birthday reward, it would require you to have spent on a single online transaction within the last 3 months.
