ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL CERTIFIED BY JAKIM?
Rest assured, all our ingredients are halal certified with chefs and bakers from Muslim backgrounds too. As we transition to our new home, our team is actively working on obtaining formal halal certification as soon as possible.
HOW SHOULD I STORE CAKES/PASTRIES?
Upon receipt, place cakes in the chiller for at least 30 minutes. They’re best enjoyed within 2 days at 10°C-12°C, but can last up to 3-4 days in the chiller. Do not freeze the cakes.
WILL THE CAKE LAST DURING THE CAR RIDE?
Cakes can withstand a car journey for up to 1 hour with high AC. For longer trips, consider an insulator bag with ice packs.
ARE YOUR BAKED GOODS ALLERGEN FREE?
We bake all of our cookies and baked goods on shared equipment in our bakery kitchens, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the allergens for all of our baked goods on their individual product page. Please reach out to our team for any questions or concerns regarding this.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE GIFTS?

DO YOU OFFER PARTY FAVOURS?
Absolutely! KLCG Bakery pastries are an excellent—and delicious—way to keep the party going long after the last song ends. Our pastries pair well with any event—especially weddings, birthdays, graduations, and retirements. CAN I CUSTOMISE THE PACKAGING FOR LARGE ORDERS OR PARTY FAVOURS?
We’re happy to work with you to customise your order. Minimum quantities will apply for any customisation, and the price and timeline may be adjusted accordingly. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO PLACE. MY ORDER?
Since our team bakes to order each day, we need advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require 2-3 week’s notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customisation. That said, we know things pop up sometimes, and we’re always happy to try to accommodate a shorter window if we’re able to. Send us an email at events@klcgbakery.com or corporategifts@klcgbakery.com and we’ll see what we can do!
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
Yes! When ordering RM2,000 or more worth of pastries, you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the RM2,000 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP?
Breads, pastries, and cakes can be ordered on our website. You can click here to start ordering.
Please note: Be sure to include a valid contact phone number for the person receiving the delivery so the courier can contact them if there are any issues.

The team is happy to help! You can contact us via live chat for delivery support or call the bakery directly for help with a pick up order.
If you placed your order through a third-party website or app such as Beepit or GrabFood, please contact their customer support teams directly.
Can I change my order’s date/time or cancel the order?
To change your order’s date or time, or to cancel the order, please submit a request using this live chat at least 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours for 1-day preorders). Ensure your request is made at least 4 working hours before the original order time or the newly requested time, whichever comes first. We will confirm via email if the changes can be accommodated.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
For delivery efficiency, address changes are not possible after placing an order. Please ensure the address is correct before finalizing your order. If you need further assistance, please contact us via live chat and we will do our best to help.
Can I change/add items to my order?
Once an order is confirmed, changes or additions cannot be made. If you wish to change or add items, please contact us 24 hours before delivery for same-day items and 48 hours for 1-day preorder items to cancel your order using this live chat and reorder using the refunded store credit.
I would like to change the message on my card. Is that possible?
If you need to change the message on your card, please live chat as soon as possible to ensure there is enough time for our operations team to make the amendment. Once the order is sent out, changes may not be feasible.

We’d love to have you! Please visit our locations page for a complete listing of our upcoming retail bakery locations. At the moment, we are only accepting online orders until we complete our relocation to our new home.
CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?
Absolutely! Advanced planning is the best kind of planning. You can place an order up to 2 weeks in advance through our Delivery and Pick Up option here. For larger catering inquiries, please visit our catering page.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we do! You can order for delivery directly through our site. Please note that we currently deliver only within Klang Valley.
DO YOU ACCEPT APPLE PAY/GOOGLE PAY/ANDROID PAY?
All of these are available payment options at our retail bakeries. However, they are not yet available through our online shop.
KLCG IS AMAZING! DO YOU HAVE ANY BAKERIES OUTSIDE OF KL?
Thanks for the compliment! We agree—it would be great to have a KLCG Bakery in everyone’s neighborhood. Currently, we do not have bakeries outside of Kuala Lumpur. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our email list to be the first to know about our expansion plans. In the meantime, you can find our current bakery locations here, and we’re happy to ship croissants straight to your door! Shop our baked goods for delivery to your doorstep.
CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
At this time, we don’t offer any of our products to other retailers.
CAN I OPEN A FRANCHISE?
We’re thrilled you want to become part of the KLCG family. However, we are not franchising nationally or internationally at this time.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
To collect loyalty points, simply log into your account whenever you make a purchase online. Points will be automatically added to your account, and you can enjoy rebates on future purchases.
Once you’ve accumulated sufficient points, you can redeem them from your account profile. To redeem your points, simply enter the amount you wish to use during checkout and proceed with your order as usual. Our team will prepare your order accordingly.
